starting from a idea of an online trivia game, i never expected the final
product to be a great hit. i feared great disapproval from the asian community
and hesitated to continue my blueprints. with great encouragement, i was deter-
mined to finish what i had started. the game was revised a couple of times to
avoid some controversial issues and instead included a mix of questions that
covered trivia, traditional culture, and the asian-american culture. finally,
after three months of working i released the first version of my parody game
show on July 11, 2001 (10:00 pm pst). the game was shaped into the popular 'Who
Wants To Be a Millionaire' parody entitled 'Who Wants To Be a Fobionaire'.
never dreaming one of my websites would be a great hit, i was surprised to find
one day later the game had been viewed by 512 visitors. a week later, the game
was visited by 8715 people and could be searched on the yahoo search engine.
i hope to work on more parody projects in the future. blueprints for more
subject-ionaires are being considered. if you would like to suggest a project, i will
gladly consider it. all my projects are intended for good humor and are never
shaped to offend anyone. please do not hesitate to give me comments or
suggestions.
